This Privacy Policy explains how WTFlow ("we", "us") handles data when you use the WTFlow Chrome extension ("the extension"). For provider details, see our Imprint.
The extension enhances Jira boards with flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, work in progress) and probabilistic forecasting. It reads data from your Jira instance and computes all metrics locally in your browser. We do not process your Jira data on a server.
The extension reads issue data, changelog data, status history, board configurations, project metadata, sprint information, and custom fields to enhance your Jira experience with flow analytics and forecasting. Depending on your extension settings, it may also write data back to Jira on your behalf.
All Jira data is processed and cached locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
We do not handle, read, or store any authentication information. The extension does not access cookies, passwords, tokens, or session identifiers. When it makes API requests to your Jira instance, the browser automatically includes your existing Jira session — this is standard same-origin behavior managed entirely by Chrome, not by us.
We do not share, sell, or provide data to any third party. There are no analytics services, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, and no sub-processors.
Jira data is cached locally in your browser for as long as the extension is installed. You can clear all data at any time via the extension settings or by uninstalling the extension.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We process data exclusively on your device. As the extension provider, we have no access to and do not receive any of your data.
We may update this privacy policy when the extension's functionality changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
